Is the free preview really free? Do I need a credit card?
Yes, and yes it is — the free preview is a 100% functional draft of your homepage and 2 sample inner pages built around your school's name, colours and logo. You do not need a credit card and you are under no obligation. If you love it, we continue with your preferred tier. If not, you keep the preview with no charges, ever.
Do you offer payment plans or instalments?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise tiers can be split into two instalments (50% at kickoff, 50% before go-live). Enterprise engagements over ₹4,00,000 can be structured as milestones. Ask for the instalment option when you enquire and we will tailor the invoice schedule to your institution's cashflow.
What counts as a "minor update" and how long do updates take?
Minor updates are any change that does not require a new template or new page type — e.g. updating the phone number, swapping a photo, adding a news item, publishing exam results, adding new teachers, changing admission dates. Response time depends on your tier: Starter 48h, Growth 24h, Enterprise 2h priority queue.
Can you migrate our existing website content to Sitora?
Absolutely. For Enterprise we include a free migration from any CMS, static site or legacy platform. For Starter / Growth we offer a one-time migration add-on (₹8,000) that copies all your pages, news, gallery items and contact info, and handles redirects so you do not lose any SEO.

What happens at renewal each year? Do prices change?
Your renewal is a flat annual fee — Starter ₹4,000/yr, Growth ₹6,000/yr — plus domain renewal at cost. We never raise renewal prices on active schools. The only time your price changes is if you voluntarily upgrade tiers or request new paid add-ons.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You may cancel at the end of any annual term, no penalties. We will provide a downloadable static backup of your site upon request. Because we do the free preview first, you can love the design before you pay — which is why the first-year fee is non-refundable once work is complete.
